Professional Exterior Cleaning

Cleaning your home is essential when dirt, fungi, mold, mildew, rust stains, spider webs, and other insect nests accumulate, resulting in a dirty and unappealing appearance. You might think that a fresh coat of paint is necessary, but often, all it truly needs is a good pressure wash.

You may have noticed webs on eaves and overhangs or green/grey spots on the walls. It's important to wash the surfaces of your home's exterior, including the walls and surrounding areas like walkways, driveways, patios, pools, and barbecue areas when stains, spills, gum, rust marks, calcium deposits, tire tracks, and dirt tarnish their appearance. If any part of your property has become slippery and can't be cleaned with just a garden hose, it's time for a pressure wash.

It's common to assume a new surface is required when a simple pressure wash would suffice. Even properties designed to be maintenance-free require regular cleaning.

The very first impression a visitor forms of your property hinges on the state of its exterior. Many California homes pride themselves on stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds. However, homeowners often overlook the importance of regular cleaning and maintenance for the building's exterior walls, walkways, driveways, roofing, fences, pool areas, patio furniture, and more.

  PRESSURE WASHING PROPERTY BEFORE MARKETING.

Your house has seen brighter, fresher days -- but how to restore its former good looks?
Consider bathing your house professionally with a pressure washer before you tear out the deck or start scraping paint. Not knowing how to use the proper pressure and temperature for the job could easily cause striping or damaging surfaces. Pressure washing is frequently the first step painters must use before applying a new coat to a house and, if the current paint job is still in good condition, it might be the only step required for a fresh new look. People often think they need a paint job or a new deck until it is washed.

Pressure washing can get rid of dirt, grime, and Mildew from stucco, cement, breaks, masonry, wood, and lots of other types of surfaces.

A thorough cleaning usually takes one or two days and can include the sides, windows, walkways, decks, eaves, and even patio furniture. Pressure washing isn't merely a rinse with the garden hose. Most professional power washers use machines with a force of 2,000 to 4,000 PSI or pounds per square inch -- enough pressure to cut your hand if you put it in front of the nozzle.

Deck Cleaning Services

To protect wood decks or other structures exposed to constant shade, which promotes the growth of mildew, consider using a water-repellent coating with a preservative. The preservative will give added protection against fungal growth, including mildew, mold, rot, and decay organisms.

To protect wood decks or other structures exposed to severe heat and sun exposure, we use an acrylic stain with transparent iron oxide or opaque pigments. Coatings with this make-up will provide longer color retention than transparent stains or toners, giving your wood maximum protection against graying and surface degradation.

If you consider the feasibility of attempting to wash a load of dirty dishes in a sink full of frigid water, the answer quickly emerges. While it may be possible to get clean-looking dishes with cold water and detergent when you consider that cold water does not cut grease and has little if any, effect on germs or bacteria. Achieving this end with cold water requires substantial additions of caustic chemicals and disinfectants.

Much more effectively, hot water will solve both problems.

In fact, the meat and food processing industry consider 180' F hot water in itself to be a disinfectant.
Hot ~ steam water pressure washing is the only way you'll ever get all those surfaces deep clean.

HEALTH ISSUES

Fungus, mold, and algae are living organisms that are chemically eating surfaces. These algae can affect those with allergy problems and they can find it's way into your home. It is also true that paint that is applied over severely dusty or chalked surfaces will bubble and peel off in sheets, whether brushed or rolled. In our dry climate, one can begin preparing a house after a couple of days of drying.

Oil Spill, Calcium deposit, and Rust stain must be removed as soon as it appears on any type of surface before is absorbed by the surfaced material.

NOTE: Old stains, calcium deposits, rust, and paint that are already penetrated on the surface are fairly easy to remove during the beginning stages, but over time they will slowly etch into the pores of the surface, and be baked on by the sun.  Once this happens, it can be virtually impossible to remove them from the surface. we do our best to clean them as much as possible without damaging the surface.
